Dat leg room doe, the guy beside me wanted me to trade seats with his wife becuz they wanted to be lovebirds and sit together, I told him normally I would, but these seats are VIP AF. The guy beside his wife ended up switching seats so they could be together….dawww
Lil food for thought I found in the airplane magazine in front of my seat. This is very true for everything in life. A couple of months ago, I was watching every interview I could find on baller CEOs like Bill gates, Steve Jobs, and Mark Cuban. Mark Cuban said “If not your not hearing no, then your not pushing hard enough. That quote really hit me and I have never been the same since. I got promoted at work and was able to negotiate a $2 raise, I have planned food events and have gotten more than I could ever think of and more, and some other secrets….::evil laugh. If you think about it, any business will try to sucker you. They are going to try and give you less so they gain. Why should I pay you $20/ hour, when you will take $17? Why should I give you 6 courses when your happy with 3? If everyone is saying yes to your demands, that means there is wiggle room. Stand for something or you’ll fall for anything.
I saw the seats in front of me get access to some fancier snacks then peanuts and pretzels. Fancy shit like choc covered blueberries, granola mixes, and some chocolate wafers. I figured it was for 1st class or something cuz when she got to my row she turned around. I couldn’t stop thinking about those damn snacks. It’s like when your in class and someone pulls out a snickers, i imagine thats how it would feel in jail. After the tenth time the stewardess lady came by i cracked. I said hey, i saw you come by earlier with some snacks but it didnt reach my row. I thought in my head I was willing to pay a fortune for these snacks…..she said oh yeah I meant to hit the other rows but my co stewardess needed help in the back….halleeffinlujah!
Fuckin destroyed these snacks like ther was no tmoro!
Came across a cool NYC coffee shop in the airplane mag….noted it in my phone.

Last time I went to NYC I needed a nice button up shirt for a Yelp event so my cousin and I hit up some thrift stores. I found an awesome shirt last time at a Salvation Army. We decided to hit up a few more, its a good way to find cool cheap shhh and also waste time until we get hungry again. This pic is of a cool ceiling in one of the thrift stores we went to.
This was an awesome phone case that I found in one of the thrift stores. If you know me, I talk in emojis.
Next stop was the infamous Momofuku Milk Bar. My cousin and I had this on our nom list last year but we didn’t make it. This time I made sure to hit it up early.
Had to get it, I had high hopes every dessert here. Strawberry Lemon Cake Truffles sounds so good, but I we thought it was too sweet and way to doughy. We ate one truffle each and gave the last one to a bum in the streets.
This the infamous Cereal Milk Soft Serve. I heard about this a couple of years ago. Its toasted cornflakes, that are soaked in milk and sugar then the milk is strained….bam cereal milk. It is pretty damn genius, I made the cereal milk myself at home one time and used it as a base for a banana smoothie it was delicious. This on the other hand wasn’t sweet enough for my liking. You disappoint me Milkbar.
Roses beside Milkbar
Quick photoshoot across the street
Hit the MOMA for inspiration and to walk around enough to get hungry again

Went to the best seafood market I’ve ever been to. It’s called The Lobster Place. They have like 20 kinds of oysters, all kinds of fish, lobsters, chowders, bisques. We were so full that we didn’t get anything. We came back a couple of days later for an oysterfest…stay posted. This picture is of a bucktooth Blackfish.

My aunt picked us up from Journal Square (aka the hub for the trains and subways from Jersey to NYC) She asked us if we wanted Whitecastle and we said no, 2 minutes later she turned into Whitecastle ordered like 20 burgers, fries, and some onion rings….::sigh 1st world fat problems.
Day 1 over….im schleep
