I’m always on the hunt for new restaurants and especially the local ones. If I’m in unfamiliar territories, I rely on Yelp to show me the way. If I’m in the Ponte Vedra area, you will probably find me at 619 Oceanview, Vernon’s, or Medure, but there’s another local spot that you probably haven’t head of and it’s called Trasca & Co Eatery.
Trasca focuses on a Panino’s. What is a Panino you ask? “Unlike anything you’ve ever tried, this craveable creation is eaten like a rolled-up sandwich. The Panino starts with a secret family dough recipe – made fresh daily. After rolling the dough thinly, we add the best quality meats, the most delicious cheeses we can source, fresh vegetables and housemade sauces. ” It’s like a homemade Hot Pocket with high quality ingredients. Some ingredients include: Nueske’s Applewood Bacon from Wisconsin, Cabot Sharp Cheddar Cheese from Vermont, Farmer Sy’s Free Range Turkey from Detroit, and free range chicken. They also make all of their dressings, sauces, hot fudge, and dough. They also serve pizza, craft beer, wine, and sell local Bold Bean Coffee.

**What is a Panino video**
Every Wednesday: All Pizzas $10: All Day (2 sizes: Traditional 16” hand-tossed and Cracker 10” Pizzas; 3 complimentary toppings; each additional topping is $1 each) You can also get pizza by the slice everyday. My favorite is the cracker pizza, it’s a thin crust pizza.
Trasca has a coffee shop built into it. They use to carry another brand, but I’m glad that switched over to a local favorite: Bold Bean Coffee! They even have Bold Bean’s Nitrogen Cold Brew on tap**Pro tip: All coffee is half off on Friday’s!**
This is their famous Mud Pie: Housemade Oreo Cookie Crust, housemade Dulce de Leche, Christy’s Dream Vanilla Ice Cream, topped with Housemade Hot Fudge and Espresso Whipped Cream. **Pro tip: It’s half off on Sunday’s!
